We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to let you know when and how the item can be delivered.

The buyer has 30 days to cancel the purchase, provided that the item is returned in perfect condition. The countdown begins when the item is delivered to the designated recipient. A full refund will be issued if the above conditions are met and the item is received. Shipping and postage fees are non-refundable. Otherwise, consumer contract laws no. 16/2016 on purchases apply.
Responsibility for defects in the product is governed by consumer purchasing laws no. 48/2003. According to these laws, the buyer must notify the seller of any defects without undue delay from the time he became aware of the defect or should have become aware of it. If the consumer does not make a complaint within two years from the day he received the sold item, he cannot claim the defect later.

DRYNJA strives to work only with the information that is necessary to provide customers with the service they request each time. DRYNJA will send its customers information about new products and offers if they wish to be on the mailing list.
